Holiday Class: 3rd of April –  Monday
Time:  9am – 12pm
Bookings only.

Some of the Programs we offer, depending on experience level:

Dimensional cup cakes
Learn about different icings
Preparing and making the icing for cupcakes (ganache, buttercream, Sugarpaste, fondant, frosting)
Making  cupcake decorations ( example: twist roses, edible pearls, bows, embossed fondant, cut out flowers and more )
Putting it all together and finishing touches

Creative cake pops
Starting from the beginning: making and shaping the cake pops
Chocolate coating and preparing for Pop decorations
Using different mediums for creative cake pops ( character faces, shapes, glamour and upside down pops)
Kids get to take home all their creations.

Candy surprise cake – more experienced students
fundamentals of preparing the cake for icing.
Filling the cake with candies
Making Sugarpaste sweets and candy imitations on wires
Preparing the icing for the cake
Learn the techniques to coat the cake with butter icing
Decorating the cake and final artistic details.

Layered cake in a Jar
Learn creative ideas for cake layers to use in a jar and fillings
Preparing gum paste for sugar figurines
Learning the art to sculpture fondant/ Sugarpaste figurines
Layering the cake and cake fillings into the jar (cake layers, mousse fillings, toppings.   Decorating the cake jar for a occasion.
